Cancellation Policy

MEK is a family-run small business that only has a limited number of appointments available. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time and assign one of our therapists. We value the time and needs of every client and simultaneously, the time and needs of our staff. 

Our reception team find it very difficult to fill cancelled appointments at short notice and it is very time consuming. Last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on clients and our team. 

To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel or rebook your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. 

Please note that cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking/cancellation fee as follows and will be incurred at your next appointment:

- Appointment of 45 minutes or less - $25 fee

- Appointments of 1 hour or more - $45 fee 

Appointments cancelled or rebooked with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged a fee.

This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can take the available appointment, and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care with the added benefit of keeping our costs down for all of our wonderful clients.
